Globhunt Consultancy offers a Recruitment Training Program providing one month of training in HR recruitment to both freshers and experienced individuals. After completing the training, participants receive training manuals, and their resumes are sent to various companies to assist them in securing a job in recruitment.

The Freelance Business Development Executive is responsible for sourcing and enrolling candidates for the organization, with compensation provided for each successful enrollment.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of a Freelance Business Development Executive include:

– Addressing client inquiries and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Proven experience in a Business Development role.

Strong database of clients.
